Komerz’s February acquisition of Pathformance valued the company at about $330 million post-transaction and strengthened its ability to measure marketing effectiveness and connect advertising investment to sales across digital, retail and marketplace channels.
The addition of Glassbox further broadens the platform, bringing together brand strategy, marketing execution, commerce infrastructure and transaction-level measurement within a single operating framework to deliver real-time, on-ground results.
The expansion reflects a broader shift in the marketing industry, where companies face growing pressure to demonstrate clear commercial impact rather than isolated marketing metrics.
